Ingrid grew up with film fanatic parents and is drawn towards this storytelling craft of acting, writing and directing, believing that film and theatre are some of the most important tools we have to change the world. Her hobbies include singer songwriting, yoga and boxing. Having lived her life between Norway, France and the US she is trilingual and has found New York to be the perfect home: it being the melting pot of different cultures that it is. She sees it as the perfect playground for young artists looking for partners in crime and is in love with the work ethic and passion that keeps this city so vibrant and inspiring.
Ingrid Vollset was born in Los Angeles to Norwegian parents and moved back to Norway at an early age where she spent her childhood and early adolescence.
